Car had broken down because of a flat battery (had previously spoken through the issue with the battery company and they claimed it was an alternator issue). Frank came to where I was (so I didn't have to pay a towing fee or an extraction fee from my basement garage) and was very thorough - he tested the battery, replaced it and tested it again to make sure that the new battery was functioning properly. Will be using him for a servicing and any issues in the future :)! Would recommend.
